You can order directly through our website by browsing the menu, adding items to your cart, and checking out. You can also order via WhatsApp at +971 50 123 4567. For wholesale and corporate orders, please use our wholesale inquiry form or contact us directly.

We deliver across Dubai daily from 9 AM to 9 PM. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM. We also deliver to Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and other emirates with next-day delivery. Delivery fees vary by emirate: Dubai AED 15, Sharjah AED 25, Abu Dhabi AED 35, other emirates AED 45.

Yes. Our bakers start at 2 AM every day. Everything is baked fresh each morning and packaged for delivery the same day. We never sell anything that was baked the previous day. Unsold items are donated to local charities by end of day.

All our products have clearly listed allergens on the product page and packaging. Common allergens include gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While we do not have a nut-free kitchen, we follow strict HACCP protocols to minimize cross-contamination. Please contact us if you have specific dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate.

Cookies are best enjoyed within 3 days of delivery. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature. Cakes should be refrigerated and consumed within 2 days. Brownies last up to 5 days in an airtight container. All products can be frozen for up to 2 weeks. Reheat cookies in the oven at 170C for 3 minutes for that fresh-from-the-oven taste.

We work with hotels, cafes, offices, and event planners across the UAE. Our wholesale program offers zero-commission pricing, recurring order scheduling, custom packaging with your branding, and a dedicated account manager. Minimum order varies by product. Yes. We offer three gifting tiers: Standard (6 cookies in classic packaging), Premium (12 cookies with gold-foil packaging and hand-written note), and Luxury (18 cookies with custom branding and white-glove delivery). All tiers allow flavor selection. Corporate branding is available on Premium and Luxury tiers with a minimum of 5 boxes.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on delivered orders. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement at no charge. Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

No. Every product is made from scratch using natural ingredients. We use real butter, premium chocolate, fresh eggs, and seasonal produce. We do not use any artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. This is why our products have a shorter shelf life than commercial bakeries, and why they taste better.

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is an internationally recognized food safety management system. Our Al Mina kitchen is fully HACCP certified, meaning every step of our process from ingredient sourcing to packaging and delivery meets international food safety standards. We undergo regular audits to maintain this certification.
