Refund Policy

Perishable Goods

All Bakers District products are freshly baked and perishable. Due to the nature of our products, we are generally unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect ordering by the customer. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is damaged during delivery, contains incorrect items, or does not match what you ordered, we will make it right. Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos showing the damage or incorrect items

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

• A replacement delivery of the affected items at no charge
• A full refund for the affected items
• A store credit for the value of the affected items plus a 10% goodwill credit

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before delivery may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the order value, as ingredients may have already been prepared.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately via email at hello@bakersdistrict.ae or WhatsApp at +971 50 123 4567. Include your order number and reason for cancellation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add an additional 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.

Quality Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of every item we produce. If you are genuinely disappointed with the quality of a product (not taste preference, but actual quality issues such as staleness, off-flavors, or undercooked items), please let us know. We will investigate and, if the issue is substantiated, provide a replacement or refund.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are subject to separate terms outlined in your wholesale agreement. Cancellation policies, minimum order requirements, and refund terms for wholesale customers may differ from standard consumer orders. Please refer to your agreement or contact your dedicated account manager.
