We deliver fresh-baked goods across all seven emirates of the UAE. Our products are packaged in temperature-controlled packaging to ensure freshness during transit. Delivery is handled by our own team in Dubai and by trusted courier partners for other emirates.

Free delivery on orders above AED 200 within Dubai.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on any day are eligible for same-day delivery within Dubai. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the following day. During peak periods (Ramadan, Eid, National Day), cut-off times may be adjusted. Any changes will be communicated on the website and at checkout.

We will do our best to deliver within your chosen window, but exact timing depends on route optimization and order volume.
All items are packaged in food-grade, temperature-appropriate packaging. Cookies and brownies are sealed in airtight containers. Cakes and pastries are placed in rigid boxes to prevent damage. For deliveries outside Dubai, we use insulated packaging with gel ice packs when temperatures exceed 30C.
Corporate and wholesale customers can set up recurring delivery schedules (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Recurring orders receive priority scheduling and a 10% discount on delivery fees. Contact our wholesale team to set up a recurring order.
