Ref · A tasting, before anything is agreed

The tasting comes first.

Message us what you sell, and a tasting selection arrives at your counter — free, no obligation, baked that morning and delivered the same day. If the cookies earn their place, the rest goes in writing: flavours, quantities, delivery days, terms.

03 · The vegan range · no egg, no dairy

Five vegan cookies. Formulated, not subtracted.

A separate dough built from the start without egg or dairy — not the house recipe with the butter taken out. Two of the five never reach our own retail counter: they exist for wholesale partners only.

Five in the range — four photographed, the fifth on the bench. Baked in a kitchen that also handles wheat, soya and nuts; cross-contact is declared in writing with every order. The same doughs come as kitchen-scale 4kg tubs for your own oven.

04 · The rotation · why counters carry us

A new cookie every one to two weeks. That’s the whole business.

  1. i.

    The rotation

Most cookie menus in this city stand still. Ours moves on a one-to-two-week cycle, so a counter carrying us has something new to talk about without ever changing supplier. Standing partners hear what is coming before it lands.

  2. ii.

    One kitchen, one street

Everything is baked at Wasl Port Views on Al Mina Road and driven out from there. Never frozen for you, never shipped in from another country — the cookie on your counter in the morning was dough in our kitchen the night before.

  3. iii.

    Yours, and only yours

When we develop a cookie for a partner, that recipe stays with that partner. We don't put the same cookie on two counters competing for the same guest.

05 · On the record · what your auditor will ask

The boring part, done properly.

Hotel and chain procurement teams ask the same questions, so here are the answers before you have to ask them.

  1. Clause 01

    Licensed and logged

A Dubai Municipality licensed food premises, logging daily on FoodWatch. Our kitchen team hold DM food-handler cards. Records are kept on site for a minimum of two years.

  2. Clause 02

    HACCP-based practice

Our food safety procedures are built on HACCP principles, with documented critical control points, DM-approved pest control and a DM-approved grease-trap contractor.

  3. Clause 03

    Cold chain, temperature-logged

Chilled product moves at 0–4°C and frozen dough at −18°C or below, in refrigerated transport. Temperature is logged at load, en route and at handover — and we probe a carton in front of you on delivery, so the reading goes on your record too.

  4. Clause 04

    Allergens in writing

Every delivery carries a written allergen declaration. We bake alongside wheat, soya, tree nuts and peanuts, and we will not certify a product free of them from a shared kitchen — we would rather lose the order than misdeclare it.

Shelf life as supplied: up to five days at room temperature, or up to two weeks refrigerated, in an airtight container.

06 · Questions we get asked

Before you have to ask.

01Who do you supply?

Cafés, hotels, restaurants, offices and event partners across Dubai. Some take the rotation as it stands as a standing order; others order gift boxes, event catering, bulk vegan dough for their own kitchen, or a cookie we develop for them alone.

02Where do you deliver?

Across Dubai, refrigerated, at AED 30 flat per delivery. Collection from the kitchen on Al Mina Road, Jumeirah 1 is free. Other emirates by arrangement.

03How quickly do you respond to an enquiry?

Within four working hours. A message on WhatsApp is enough — what you sell, roughly how much, how often — and we take it from there.

04Do you offer introductory or promotional pricing?

No. We do not discount, run promotional codes or offer first-order pricing — the price is the price, and it is the same for the café that started last week and the one that has ordered every week since we opened.

05How does an account start?

With a tasting. We send a selection to your counter before anything is agreed, so the decision gets made on the cookie rather than on a photograph. Then flavours, quantities and delivery days are fixed in writing.
